Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Union POS, including cash handling and cashiering duties Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations, including proper food handling and responsible serving practices Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with setup for special events like banquets or catering functions Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality environment; fine dining or is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Union POS for sales transactions Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently without sacrificing quality of service Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills accurately Experience serving in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus Basic understanding of brewing processes or beverage preparation techniques is beneficial Join our team to bring energy, enthusiasm, and expert beverage knowledge to our guests!
