Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS and Micros POS systems. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness to ensure a safe and inviting environment. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items and supporting catering or banquet events. Monitor guest behavior in nightlife settings such as nightclubs or events, ensuring safety and compliance with venue policies. Maintain proper food handling procedures and uphold food safety regulations at all times. Use basic math skills for sales transactions, measuring ingredients, and managing retail math for inventory control. Support the team during busy hours by managing time effectively and multitasking across different responsibilities. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife environments such as nightclubs or banquet settings. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining high-quality service. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Experience in retail math, cash handling, or cashiering enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Familiarity with hospitality concepts like catering, brewing, or the food industry will set you apart as a candidate ready to thrive in our energetic environment.
