The Painter / Preventive Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotel's appearance and basic upkeep. This includes painting, drywall repair, wallpaper/vinyl work, furniture touch-ups, and general preventative maintenance across guest rooms and public areas. The role supports the Engineering team and helps ensure the property stays clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Requirements:

6+ months maintenance experience (2+ years preferred) Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems Skilled with hand and power tools Ability to paint, patch drywall, and perform cosmetic repairs Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical work (standing, climbing ladders, bending) Must be comfortable working in varied indoor/outdoor conditions
