Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist bartenders by restocking liquor bottles, garnishes, and bar supplies to ensure smooth bar operations. Support food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or assembling ingredients when needed. Help with bussing tables by clearing plates and resetting dining areas quickly during busy hours. Maintain cleanliness in all food service areas, including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal. Support catering or banquet events by setting up stations and ensuring all supplies are ready for service. Follow health and safety guidelines to promote a safe environment for staff and guests. Skills Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant environments is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Strong attention to detail when cleaning and organizing workspaces. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced settings. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures is beneficial. Willingness to learn about food prep, beverage service, and kitchen operations. A positive attitude with a team-oriented approach to support colleagues during busy shifts.
