Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and mopping floors. Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies throughout the shift. Prepare garnishes and assist in the setup of the bar before opening. Assist bartenders by retrieving items, changing kegs, and ensuring ice bins are filled. Collect and wash used glassware and utensils promptly. Dispose of trash and recyclables, ensuring waste bins are emptied regularly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a sanitary work environment. Collaborate with the bartending team to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
