The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that patrons have a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing excellent service. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their tastes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast POS. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Provide exceptional service in fine dining enhancing the overall guest experience. Qualifications Experience as a Bartender. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, brewing techniques, and cocktail presentation. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who is willing to help colleagues during busy shifts. Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations. South Carolina Alcohol Safety Course completed and passed with documentation.
