Take food and drink orders accurately, providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and processing payments with precision. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations, including proper sanitation of work areas. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming atmosphere, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Assist with catering, banquet events, or special functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility across various service environments. Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in nightlife or hospitality venues like nightclubs or banquet halls. Experience in brewing or hospitality industries is advantageous; retail math skills are beneficial for sales-driven roles.
