AM Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the In Room Dining Manager / Supervisor, stock and replace Mini Bar/Snack Tray products in guest rooms according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. Also assists in maintenance of the Mini Bar/Snack Tray storage and equipment, and maintains and contributes to a positive work environment.Pay Rate:

High School graduate, some college. Prior experience in liquor, wine, and food service. Ability to speak a foreign language is a plus. ServSafe Alcohol Certification and Food handling Certificate are preferred.Expectations & Responsibilities:
Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor and wine brands, beers and non-alcoholic beverage and snack selections available in Honor Bar/Snack Tray. Acquire and maintain knowledge of BarTech honor bar management system, product lay-out and guest room locations and room numbers. Ensure that responsible areas and equipment are clean and sanitary. Check all products for expiration dates and maintain proper product rotation. Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests even when busy. Maintain complete knowledge and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and regarding drunk driving. Maintain and monitor honor bar inventories. Follow and support service commitments and core values.Essential Physical Requirements:
