Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and balance registers at the end of each shift Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate stock shortages promptly Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering functions Requirements Proven experience in bartending Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, brewing processes, and spirits Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to develop beverage recipes creatively while adhering to food safety standards Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Experience with beverage development, food handling, serving alcohol responsibly, and food safety protocols is preferred Knowledge of beverage trends including craft beer experience and brewing processes is a plus Valid food safety certification may be required depending on local regulations Join us in creating vibrant experiences where every drink tells a story!
