Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at bar or banquet events, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed. Maintain a lively yet safe environment by monitoring guest behavior and adhering to alcohol service regulations. Support catering and event setups by preparing drinks for large groups or special occasions in a timely manner. Qualifications Previous experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and alcohol serving regulations. Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes. Experience with brewing or beverage crafting is a plus; certification in responsible alcohol service is desirable but not required.
