This is a full time role (4 to 5 days) with the potential for additional shifts based upon demand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages, taking food orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in bartending and knowledge of daily specials and upsells will enhance our guests' experiences. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and tables. Manage cash handling accurately, including processing transactions on POS. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist with catering and banquet events as needed, ensuring timely service and presentation of drinks. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management for reordering. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff and host/server to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Experience Previous bartending experience is required. Strong POS skills and basic retail math proficiency are essential. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. A passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences for guests is highly valued.
