Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and professional Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while preparing and serving a variety of beverages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of drinks, including wine and cocktails. This position offers an engaging environment where your expertise in food service and beverage preparation will contribute to memorable guest experiences. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, and other specialty drinks. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper handling of payments and receipts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards. Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during service hours. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service and ensure compliance with legal regulations. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow and enhance the overall guest experience. Stay informed about new drink recipes, industry trends, and product knowledge to offer guests innovative options. Experience Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, preferably as a bartender or in a similar position. Demonstrated ability to process cash transactions efficiently using POS systems. Knowledge of wine varieties and proper serving techniques. Experience working in restaurant settings with high-volume service environments. Cocktail-making skills with familiarity in preparing classic and contemporary drinks. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
