Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, assisting guest needs, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to event standards. Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests throughout the event. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. Assist with bar setup and breakdown, including arranging supplies, glassware, and equipment. Monitor guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner. Follow responsible alcohol service practices and company guidelines. Communicate effectively with event staff and management to ensure a smooth guest experience. Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous bartending or service industry experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide excellent customer service in an upscale event environment. Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of basic bartending techniques and beverage preparation is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and move bar supplies, equipment, and other items as needed. Must be dependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team.
