Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, craft beers, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance our drink menu Handle cash transactions with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods and special events like banquets or catering functions Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, beer brewing, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service times using strong time management skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Previous experience working with beverage programs involving spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail creation, or bar management is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your talent for mixology.
