Come Join The Circus! Circus Sports Bar and Grill is seeking experienced Bartender/Server Lead to oversee daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, and lead our team. The ideal candidate will have strong bar knowledge, restaurant experience, able to work with a team, delegate, and have excellent customer service. This position is not required to be an expert in all roles, but you will be required to know how to bartend, serve, cook, handle cash/POS systems, video lottery and pull tabs, counting tills, handling some bookkeeping, and assisting with inventory. This is a tipped position and requires someone who can fill in roles as needed if not running the shift. Hours will vary and it will depend on availability/service needs. This position is 21+ due to requirements of serving alcohol and handling lottery/pull tabs. Hours may include closing or opening shifts which can range from 9am until 2am. Duties Lead and supervise the bar and dining service during shifts to maintain consistency and quick service speeds. Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, food, and handling customer needs. Handle all aspects of bartending including mixing drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and managing bar inventory. Serve food and beverages to guests promptly while providing excellent customer service. Count cash accurately at the end of each shift, handle lottery tickets/pull tabs, and process transactions through POS systems. Assist with cooking duties as needed to support kitchen operations. Manage shift responsibilities such as opening/closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Achieve daily, weekly, monthly goals in sales and results. Maintain a food safe environment and a focus on cleaning/organizing. Pay:

$11.85 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
