Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer preferences
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
• Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions accurately
• Understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus
