Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, utilizing POS systems such as Clover POS to process orders efficiently. Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, including processing payments and providing correct change using retail math skills. Maintain food safety and food handling standards by adhering to health regulations and proper sanitation procedures. Provide exceptional service in various settings, including fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, banquet events, and catering functions. Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup of service areas; ensure cleanliness and organization at all times. Demonstrate effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while delivering attentive service. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Clover POS for order entry and payment processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Experience in fine dining environments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper serving techniques. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours. Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and inventory management accurately.
