We are seeking a skilled Bartender & Servers to join our dynamic team in a lakefront dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience in our lakefront dining setting, Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization including proper food handling and safety practices. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Operate Toast POS systems Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets and catering events. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to food safety standards. Stay informed about new products, trends in the beverage industry, and menu changes. Skills Proficient in using Toast POS systems for efficient order management. Strong time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively. Excellent sales abilities with a focus on upselling beverages and menu items. Previous fine dining or nightclub experience preferred, showcasing familiarity with upscale service standards. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Experience in the food industry, including bartending, serving, or catering roles. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus for those interested in craft beverages.
