Job Description

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Serves food and drinks to members and guests in a pleasant and courteous manner by performing the following duties.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and serve food and drinks.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment meeting OSHA and Health Department regulations.

Operate point-of-sale computer system.

Maintain accurate inventory and sales reports.

Stock all products.

Take end-of-month inventory.

Complete accurate cash report at end of shift.

Secure snack bar area at end of shift.

Demonstrate ability to work with others. Fill other shifts as needed.

Assist with cookouts and parties as needed.
MINIMUM EDUCATION
High School or GED preferred
EXPERIENCE
Experience working in a fast food environment helpful
COMPUTER SKILLS
Computer point-of-sale
EQUIPMENT USED
All kitchen type equipment
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Able to work with little supervision at times. Ability to work with others.
COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS
Active listening skills and ability to articulate information both verbally and in writing.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Normal speech, hearing, and vision, lifting of 25 pounds (more where applicable with assistance).
SAFETY:
Follow all FGCC safety programs, safety guidelines, policies and procedures. Wear, use and enforce all FGCC personal protection equipment (PPE) as needed on specific jobs and tasks.

Be aware of chemical safety and be familiar with all pertinent Safety Data Sheets (SDS) of chemicals which are used in the workplace. Follow all FGCC safety rules including all local, state and federal regulations as they pertain to work at FGCC.Maintains clean and safe work environment meeting OSHA and Health Department regulations.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously; maintain composure when dealing with stressful situations.
