Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously Operate POS systems such as Toast Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage bar inventory, restock supplies as needed, and assist with beverage recipe development to enhance menu offerings Handle cash handling procedures accurately while processing payments and giving change Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclubs Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse clientele Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience working in hospitality settings that require multitasking across bar management, serving, and cash handling Understands Spanish Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable drink experiences while delivering top-tier hospitality!
