Job Summary:

We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic person to fulfill our bartender role in our hotel restaurant. This position requires a strong knowledge of bartending techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and restaurant area
• Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Assist with catering events as needed
• Operate POS system to process orders and payments

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and beer styles
• TN ABC license
