Job Description

Overview We are hiring a dependable, hard-working part-time Dishwasher / Barback to support our kitchen and bar team. This is a hands-on position that includes washing dishes and glassware, restocking supplies, removing trash, and keeping work areas clean and organized. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well with others, and is comfortable staying active during busy shifts. Restaurant experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment Keep the dish area, sinks, floors, and work surfaces clean and organized Restock glassware, ice, beverages, garnishes, and other bar supplies Help bartenders with bar setup, restocking, and end-of-shift cleanup Empty trash, replace liners, and break down boxes Clear and clean tables when assistance is needed Keep storage areas and restrooms clean and properly stocked Assist with basic food-preparation tasks as directed Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures Complete opening, closing, and general cleaning duties Assist the kitchen and bar team with other tasks as needed Requirements Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts Available to work evenings and weekends, especially during busy sporting events Able to stand and move throughout the shift Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely Comfortable cleaning dishes, floors, trash, restrooms, and work areas Able to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required What We Offer Part-time scheduling On-the-job training Employee discount Opportunity for additional hours based on performance and business needs A friendly, team-oriented work environment Please apply with your work history and current availability.
