Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to ensure safety. Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills; process payments swiftly while maintaining a positive attitude. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines; knowledge of brewing processes is a plus.
