Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and standards Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately while handling cash transactions with precision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to enhance guest satisfaction and promote sales opportunities Provide expert knowledge on wine selections, spirits, and cocktail ingredients to educate guests and encourage sales Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service standards in a lively environment such as fine dining or nightclubs Qualifications Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with a focus on customer satisfaction Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and beverage recipe development Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently without compromising service quality Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for retail math, catering calculations, or cash transactions Previous experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, banquet settings or catering environments is highly desirable Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting Join us to deliver outstanding service that delights our guests!
