Bartender — The Regal Room About the Role No late nights! Very Flexible schedule The Regal Room is an upscale wine and cocktail lounge in Nolensville focused on exceptional hospitality, thoughtfully crafted cocktails, wine, and creating an experience that keeps guests coming back. We're looking for an experienced, personable bartender who understands that great bartending is about more than making drinks. The right person is confident behind the bar, genuinely enjoys engaging with guests, works with urgency, and knows how to turn great service into additional rounds, food sales, and memorable experiences. We are looking for someone who can step into a polished, service-driven environment and contribute immediately while continuing to learn our cocktail, wine, and hospitality standards. Responsibilities Prepare cocktails and other beverages consistently according to house recipes, presentation standards, and guest preferences. Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest. Build genuine guest relationships and help create the welcoming atmosphere The Regal Room is known for. Guide guests through our cocktail, wine, spirits, and food offerings and make thoughtful recommendations. Recognize opportunities to suggest additional rounds, premium spirits, wine, and food without creating a high-pressure sales experience. Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar throughout service. Handle guest tabs, payments, and POS transactions accurately. Monitor liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies and communicate inventory needs. Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless service. Assist with opening, closing, preparation, restocking, and side work. Maintain composure, attention to detail, and hospitality standards during busy service periods. Follow all responsible alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation requirements. What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience in a cocktail bar, wine bar, upscale restaurant, or similar hospitality environment strongly preferred. Strong working knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and proper bartending techniques. Wine knowledge is a plus, and a willingness to learn our wine program is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to connect with guests. Strong sales instincts and an understanding of suggestive selling and increasing the guest experience. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and presentation standards. Dependable, professional, team-oriented, and receptive to feedback. Comfortable working evenings and weekends. Must meet all Tennessee requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
