Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server / Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Provide attentive customer service by checking on guests regularly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations. Manage cash handling duties accurately, including processing payments and balancing registers at the end of shifts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, ensuring compliance with food handling standards and health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly. Assist with banquet or catering events when needed, providing professional service in various settings such as nightclubs or private functions. Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of responsible beverage service practices.
