Bartender/Server

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, crafting delicious cocktails, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including Toast POS. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist with banquet and catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as necessary, and communicate any shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Skills Experience in the food industry with knowledge of food handling practices. Familiarity with banquet service and catering operations is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Toast POS, for processing orders and payments. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience. Previous experience in nightclub or bar settings is advantageous. Understanding of food safety standards and best practices in beverage service.
