Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, utilizing extensive mixology skills. Demonstrate expertise in spirits to craft high-quality drinks tailored to guest preferences. Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance the bar's offerings and maintain innovative drink options. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring efficient and friendly service. Engage with guests in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service and fostering a welcoming environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate with management regarding stock requirements. Skills Proven experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on bartending. Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques. Ability to develop creative beverage recipes that appeal to diverse customer tastes. Proficiency with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Attention to detail in drink presentation, cleanliness, and safety protocols. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
