Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while crafting delicious beverages and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in bartending and knowledge of fine dining will contribute to an unforgettable experience for our patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash transactions and processing payments through the POS system. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Uphold high standards of hospitality in a fine dining environment, creating a memorable experience for each guest. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers for efficient transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Basic math skills are necessary for drink preparation measurements and cash handling tasks.
