Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options. Greet guests warmly, take orders with precision, and provide personalized recommendations based on preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking while providing excellent customer service. Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality service. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and bill splitting. Experience with beverage preparation techniques including brewing coffee or craft brewing knowledge is a plus.
