Job Description
We are looking for a new member to join our ever growing organization for Door/Barback of Sign Bar. Sign Bar is one of a kind venue located in East Austin! A sprawling and vibrant bar that features dozens of original Austin business signs acquired throughout numerous years. With a huge bar, electrifying patio, A giant maze, and more!! Sign has great vibes and events all year long! Sign excels at providing top-tier hospitality from the moment you walk in the door!
Door postion duties include:
Greet guests at the door, and ensure they are over 21 years of age, after our family hours have concluded.
Operate with the front of house team to promote professionalism, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
Assist bartenders in keeping areas stocked, as well as ensuring proper sanitation procedures throughout the venue as the shift progresses.
Ensuring the Points of Service Expectations (as laid out in the Bar Employee Handbook) are met.
Regular end of night duties such as proper closing procedures, sanitation upkeep, overall venue needs.
