Position Overview Team members at Bandera Brewery play a key role in delivering a great guest experience while supporting daily operations. This is a hands-on role that may include bartending, canning support, event setup, and general brewery tasks. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive service to guests Pour and serve beer responsibly (bartending roles) Assist with setup and breakdown of events Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow all company policies and safety procedures Work collaboratively with team members and management Requirements Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to follow direction and adapt in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Must be eligible to work in the United States Preferred (but not required) Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, or production Interest in craft beer and local community events Why Work With Us?
