Shooter's Billiards and Sports Bar Cedar Park and N. Austin are looking for an energetic and reliable Door Person/Bar Back to join our team! This dual role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment and loves being part of the action on the floor. If you're a people person with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Check IDs and verify age compliance at the door to ensure a safe and legal environment Greet and welcome guests as they enter, setting the tone for a great experience Monitor crowd flow and maintain a safe, orderly atmosphere throughout the venue Stock and restock bar supplies including liquor, beer, mixers, ice, and glassware Keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked to support bartenders during peak hours Remove empty bottles, glasses, and debris from the bar and surrounding areas Assist bartenders with restocking and running supplies to ensure smooth bar operations
Requirements:
Must be 21+ years of age TABC certification and food handlers certificate required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy, high-energy setting
