Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Process cash transactions accurately while managing tabs and handling cash or card payments efficiently. Assist in beverage recipe development and suggest new drink ideas to enhance the menu offerings. Support bar management with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and maintaining compliance with alcohol service regulations. Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and spirits. Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts in fast-paced environments such as fine dining restaurants or nightclubs. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest loyalty. Experience in food handling, beverage preparation, and food safety protocols. Ability to multitask efficiently while processing cash transactions and serving multiple tables or bar patrons. Familiarity with beverage recipe development and crafting innovative drinks to delight guests. Previous experience in hospitality industry settings such as restaurants, bars, banquet halls or catering environments is highly valued.
