Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair Develop beverage recipes and enhance the bar menu to delight guests with innovative drinks Ensure proper food handling, safety standards, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management and multitasking skills Assist in bar management tasks such as stock replenishment, inventory checks, and maintaining a lively bar atmosphere Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments, or nightlife venues preferred Strong bartending background with cocktail mixing, mixology skills, and spirits knowledge required Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Knowledge of wine service, beverage recipe development, brewing processes, and craft beer trends beneficial Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures essential Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to engage diverse guests Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or banquet settings Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math tasks Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
