Get up to $5/hr after completing our bar training program! Job Qualifications Be at least 21 years of age At least 2 years of restaurant bartending experience At least 1 year of craft cocktail experience Beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge Upbeat personality Responsible Valid Food Handlers Certificate Valid TABC Certificate A Day In The Life The best Via 313 bartenders will be prepared for a day full of fun and upbeat tasks. You'll wear many hats, but your primary responsibilities are to serve alcohol and nonalcoholic beverages with confidence and creativity while always keeping the bar stocked up on supplies. Customers should expect nothing less than an enjoyable experience from you-someone who is outgoing and friendly both behind the bar or in casual conversation outside it!
