Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part-time Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing inventory, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers to provide an exceptional hospitality experience, including taking orders and making recommendations. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately using

TOAST POS

system and manage tabs for customers. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and brewing methods. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory control. Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
