What You'll Do:

Craft cocktails, pour wine, and serve beer with precision and style Create a memorable guest experience (yes—you're part bartender, part entertainer, part therapist) Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smoother than a well-made Old Fashioned Work with the team to keep service fast, seamless, and elevated Recommend drinks like you actually know what you're talking about (because you do) Handle cash/Toast POS transactions accurately Maintain compliance with all alcohol laws (21+ checks, responsible service, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a high-volume or upscale bar/restaurant Strong cocktail and wine knowledge (bonus points if you're a bit of a nerd about it) Personality—this is huge. You can read a room and bring energy without forcing it Ability to multitask under pressure (Friday night gets real) Team player mentality—no rockstars without teamwork
