The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your knowledge of beverages, food handling, and retail math will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or special functions. Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and sales tracking. Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to enhance guest experiences. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub, fine dining, or catering environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage pairings. Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Must possess valid food handling certification or be willing to obtain one. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
