We are a small family owned and operated full-service catering company based out of Melissa, Texas and serving the entire DFW metroplex. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Our events are all over the metroplex and the location will vary from event to event. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and monitoring usage. Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable. Assist in catering events or special functions as required. Uphold all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink pricing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during high-volume events. Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications related to alcohol service.
