Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at the end of each shift using retail math skills. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and enforce legal drinking age policies. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as restaurant, fine dining, or nightclub environments is highly preferred. Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills are essential for cash handling and sales transactions. Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards. Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus; familiarity with retail math and cash handling is beneficial. Excellent communication skills; ability to work well within a team in fast-paced settings such as nightclubs or food industry venues.
