Duties Restock bar supplies including glassware, garnishes, liquor, and mixers to keep the bar fully equipped for service Maintain cleanliness by washing glassware, utensils, and bar equipment efficiently and safely Assist with bussing tables and clearing empty dishes to ensure a tidy dining environment Support bartenders with basic beverage preparation tasks such as opening bottles, slicing fruit, or garnishing drinks Help with food prep and delivery to ensure timely service during busy hours Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times Provide friendly in-person customer service by assisting guests with their needs and maintaining a positive atmosphere Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key Ability to perform basic math for handling cash transactions and inventory counts Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests and team members Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights regularly during shifts Previous roles in catering, banquet service, or as a barista or dietary aide are advantageous but not mandatory Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a lively environment, and want to develop your skills in food preparation, customer service, and team collaboration.
