As a vital support to our bartenders and venue staff, you'll ensure the bar area remains clean, well-stocked, and efficient. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will keep the beverage service running smoothly, allowing our guests to enjoy their time with us. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages quickly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, counters, sinks, and bar equipment in accordance with food safety standards Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas to ensure a tidy environment Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and moving stock safely around the venue Support food preparation activities when needed, including basic food handling and setup for events or service shifts Ensure compliance with all food service bar safety regulations and sanitation standards Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate smooth beverage service during busy hours Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or bar environments is preferred; bartending or venue beverage experience is a plus Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies and equipment safely Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic bar environment at all times Basic math skills for cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation such as Micros POS or similar platforms, and inventory management Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with team members and serve guests professionally Knowledge of food industry safety standards, catering or banquet experience is advantageous Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or special event shifts as needed Join us in creating memorable experiences through energetic teamwork!
