Bartender/Server

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing exceptional service to our patrons in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support catering events or special functions as required. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Experience Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or bar setting. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Familiarity with brewing techniques and beverage preparation is a plus. Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is desirable. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safe preparation and serving of drinks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
