The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations based on their preferences. Process orders efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accuracy in billing and inventory management. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations. Assist in stocking liquor and beer. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Stay informed about new drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance customer experience. REQUIRED

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with retail math for managing tabs and processing payments accurately. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the establishment's operating hours. Knowledge of food industry standards and practices related to beverage service. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
