Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area.
• Ensure that guests have a positive dining experience by addressing any questions or concerns.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions responsibly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Food Handlers and TABC certification required before start date
• Open availability including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing great service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation.
