Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash transactions with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and responsible beverage service practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during service periods like dinner shifts or banquets. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to enhance our menu offerings, incorporating knowledge of spirits, brewing techniques, and mixology trends. Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless order processing. Strong knowledge of beverage craftmanship such as cocktail mixing, wine selection, spirits, brewing processes, and beverage recipe development. Proven ability in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction. Previous experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
