GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This job requires servers to interact with, entertain, and build a rapport with the End Zone guests. The essence of the role is based on above and beyond service. It is required that our teammates sell food, beverage, and merchandise to the guests. Our image is wholesome, and friendly. You must provide attentive service to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Each team member's primary objective is to show our guests a great time, so they will return again and again. As a bartender you must master the skills of the server position first and foremost. We take great pride in our quality beverages and friendly, responsive, quality service. You have been chosen for this position because of your skill and experience. You are considered a leader in the front of house; you must lead by example for the rest of the staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.

) Complete all opening duties, during shift duties, and closing duties. 2.) Greet guests sincerely and warmly. 3.) Tell guests your name, address guests by their first name. This helps create regulars. 4.) Have high energy and be a self-motivated team member 5.) Know and understand the Jakes concept and menu. 6.) Serve each and every guest with extraordinary and consistent service. 7.) Keep the restaurant clean throughout shifts and weekly scheduled special clean-ups. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

No education is needed to start as a bartender, and much of what you will learn will be through End Zone training. You may have to be 18 or older to serve alcohol, depending on the state.
