The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in customer service, particularly in fast paced settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Pay $130+tips(bar seats) per day Saturday and Sunday $50+tips(section + bar seats) Friday Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets and catering functions. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings, including specialty cocktails, wines, and beers, as well as brewing techniques. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels. Qualifications

EXTREMELY FAST PACED

Previous experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or nightclub environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential. A passion for hospitality with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs.
