The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in both casual and fine dining settings. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Utilize Clover POS systems for order entry, payment processing, and inventory management. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their selections. Manage time effectively to serve multiple guests efficiently during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for banquets, catering events, or special occasions. Uphold high standards of hospitality while adhering to food safety regulations. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or nightclub environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as clover POS is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus. Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is highly desirable. A commitment to ongoing learning about the food industry and beverage trends.
